GÜRSAN Primer units are the products of our research and development program using the latest engineering, tools and technologies. During the design of the units, a 3D CAD design program was used, and the software program in which the designed critical parts and the stresses that would affect them were analyzed in the computer environment. Gürsan Primer units have been built around Gürsan impact crushers that have proven themselves in all kinds of materials for years. When the material to be crushed is soft or medium hard and has low abrasiveness, our impact crusher primary units are recommended, where the capacity and crushing rate are higher, and the cubicity of production is better. In many applications, it can produce the final product without the need for a second stage crusher, thus reducing investment costs. A few of the numerous superior features of our user-friendly impact crushers we use in these units are: easily replaceable reverse and straight hammer system, heavy-duty rotor, fully cable-controlled and hydraulically controlled adjustment system, hydraulically opening upper body, first crusher curtain that prevents clogging. Another important feature of our impact crushers is that they are equipped with a protection system against metal parts that may interfere with the material fed to the crusher. This protection system ensures that in case any piece that cannot be broken enters the crusher, the crusher curtains will automatically move away from the rotor and the part will pass without damaging the machine, and after the part leaves the machine, the crusher curtains will return to the position they were adjusted to ensure that the crusher continues production without any problems.
