Description

Melamine used in the production of melamine doors is an organic compound. It is an industrial chemical used in the production of plastics. It hardens with heat when combined with formaldehyde. Melamine contains 66% nitrogen. Its melting point is 345 °C. Its density is 1.57 g/cm³ and it is soluble in water. Melamine boards are created by applying this material to MDF with heat. These plates are used in the production of melamine doors. Melamine door models and colors vary according to the panels used. Melamine door consists of three main production materials. Seren is the frame part of the melamine door. It consists of solid wood in 35×42 mm size combined with finger joint system. The inner filling of the melamine door is formed by a paper honeycomb with high resistance. The melamine door surface is a 4 mm thick melamine material adhered to an MDF panel in the desired melamine door pattern or color. Sizing is done before the edge band. Locks and door handles are opened. Melamine door production stages: Frame nailing using door spars, placing honeycomb filler, pressing the door surface, door sizing, gluing the edge band, opening the lock and door handle, cleaning the door from dust and residues, and finally packaging the door.
