In adult patients with creatinine clearance less than 30 mL/min, the dose of cefdinir should be 300 mg once daily.
Hemodialysis removes cefdinir from the body. The recommended starting dose in chronic hemodialysis patients is 300 mg or 7 mg/kg every other day. After the end of the hemodialysis application, 300 mg or 7 mg/kg should be administered. Subsequent doses should be 300 mg or 7 mg/kg every other day.
Liver failure:
There is no information on the use of the drug in patients with hepatic insufficiency. Pediatric population:
