Carton Erector Machine Working System
– The carton to be prepared is put on empty carton magazine by the operator
-The pulling arm with vacuum suction cups on it, holds the carton by moving and pulls it by opening.
– After the carton is opened, the lower front covers are closed with pneumatic system and pneumatically pushed towards the bonding mechanism
– Bottom side covers are closed and glued by pulling the pushed carton with motor reducer pulling bands.
-The prepared carton is removed from the line and the operation cycle is continued.
– The Cartons from the machine are sent to the robotic filling line, the manual filling line, the manual parcel receiving line or the carton sealing machine.
